if you can find ARALDITE AW 106 CI epoxy resin.  Or Hans epoxy resin AB glue. It's made by Germany. Epoxy AB adhesive is a kind of popular glue. I think it's not difficult to find in buyer's country locally.
Basic mounting progress:
1, Cut the turcite to suitable length and width;
2, Clear the workpiece surface and glue the turcite on it;
3, Put some heavy object on the turcite and wait 24 hours;
4, Make oil line and do scraping work to make the bracket workpiece fit with guideway of the machine.
