MACHINE:
Remanufactured variable speed J-head and motor with all head and spindle bearings and belts replaced. New 1-shot lubrication system. Runs on standard 240 single-phase power.
Every component on this machine has been fully rebuilt, refinished, and replaced, returning the machine to better-than-factory specifications.
CONTROL:
Closed loop hybrid servo motors, ethernet motion control computer, 24" touchscreen monitor and custom interface panel.
SOFTWARE:
Mach3 CNC controller w/ custom screenset and full license. BobCAD-CAM V33 Mill and Lathe CAD-CAM retail license w/45 days unlimited support. We are an authorized distributor for Mach and BobCAD-CAM
TOOLING:
Complete new tooling package with 6" milling vise, precision parallel set, hold down clamp set, Drill Chuck, DA180 and DA300 collet chucks and full new collet sets, HSS end mill set
MQL Coolant:
This machine feature our own Precise Minimum Quantity Lubrication system. Not a spray mist mist system, this MQL unit proves an electronically-controlled amount of TRIM MQL fluid to the cutting area.

FAQ's and Details:
Is this fully-licensed new software?
YES!!!! We have been an OEM reseller for BobCAD-CAM and Artsoft (Mach III) since 2009. You will receive the items as pictured with original and custom disks, a printed BobCAD-CAM license/password and also digital downloads and backups of the software and licenses.  The MachIII licensed is generated by the Mach3 manufacturer (Newfangled Solutions) custom to the username you provide.  BobCAD-CAM provides the retail license and registration.
What do I need in addition to this to run my machine?
Noting except to connect to electricity (240 single-phase) and your air compressor.  This is a complete 3-axis cnc machine with design, CAM, and CNC software, and tooling.
Can this system be expanded or upgraded?
Yes! This is a system than can be expanded and upgraded or modified to meet your needs.  4th and 5th axes may be easily added.
How long will it take to get my order?
This machine is built, tested, and ready to go as pictured. We will ship this from Michigan (USA!) within 7 business days.  After purchase we will message you through Ebay to request contact information and name(s) to register the licenses to.
