This cam controls the operation of Cincinnati 0-8, 0-12, 100 Rise & Fall and late 2-24 milling machines.
This is a Rise & Fall Cycle, with left to right direction of feed.
This is the most widely used Rise & Fall Cycle used on this type of machine. Cams numbered 7R and 7Y are the same.
