Edward Penfield, the "Father" of the American Poster, created this very rare and original horse and carriage poster print advertisement for the cover of the Harper's Weekly issue of November 24, 1900.  This cover shows Penfield's skill in depicting horse and carriage images, soon to be replaced by his early car ads and cover images  This poster print is completely linen backed and is ready for framing  The size of this poster print image is 11" x 15.625".   The size of the linen backing of the poster print is 14" x 18.5". This poster print will be an attractive addition for a Penfield/ early poster collector and is ready to be wonderfully framed.
The poster print is protected in an archival print sleeve, will be shipped protected by stiff shipping materials and in a water resistant envelope and will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope.
