NEW Production Replacement Atlas Horizontal Milling Machine
Table Plugs (Part #s M1-39 and M1-270).
If your Atlas Milling Machine Support Arm Lock Assemblies are missing the factory plugs, or if you are still using original, worn out and deformed plugs, than these are just what you need.
Choose between a "Factory Flush Style" or my "Easy Insert Style"
. The Factory Flush Style is modeled after the original plug to keep original aesthetics. The "Easy Insert Style" that has a extensions which aids in insertion and removal.
Either option includes a free M1-270 plug
which seals the coolant drain hole in the table.
These parts out of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU).
It is a very durable, modern polymer, with superior elasticity and resiliency to oils, solvents, and other chemicals found that are used in the shop compared to the original vulcanized rubber part. Rubber is notoriously difficult to machine, which is why in the past small, complex parts like these had to be pressure formed in expensive injection molds. By using modern polymers and manufacturing techniques, we are able to make affordable parts for your machine so you can spend your time machining parts for your projects you actually want to make instead of the machine itself.
