The pages are crisp and clean without a hint of foxing or any other staining, no writing, nothing missing, tight to the staples. There is wear along the spine edge and at the bottom of the front cover, with a 3/4" tear in the bottom edges of the first several pages, and a 1" tear at the top left corner of the front cover, but still it looks new, with vivid cover gloss and bright colors. Strictly graded Good.
