The New Yorker Magazine, March 23 1940, the complete issue in great shape.  Will Cotton illustrated the cover.
The pages are crisp and clean, vivid white, no creases, no staining, nothing missing, tight to the staples. Strictly graded Fine- it appears to be in Mint condition but has two small tears on the rear cover; it was put away when brand new (along with many others we have) by an obsessive New Yorker collector from whom we acquired it, untouched since new until now.
