Vintage FENTON Carnival Glass Iridescent BELL Mother & Child, Red MADONNA BELL
Offered is a beautiful Fenton iridescent red or burgundy bell featuring impressed images of a mother holding a child.  It’s referred to as the Madonna Bell.
The Carnival Glass Bell is red, however because it is iridescent the light plays games with the color. Sometimes hints of yellow, orange and, depending upon the angle of your view, even purples are visible.
The bell stands almost 7 inches.  It is in very nice, vintage condition.
I was able to find reference to the bell on page 46 of Fenton Glass The Third Twenty-Five Years by W. Heacock published in 1989
The bell is #9467 made in 1975.  Carnival glass iridescent red is one a few colors produced.
